Kalalau (Summer 2011)

Photos from backpacking the Na Pali Coast and Kalalau camping trip with the Lost Trailblazers. The Kalalau Trail, on the Na Pali Coast of North Kauai is a 11 mile (22 round trip) hike to Kalalau Beach and campgrounds. Lost Trailblazers; Jenelyn Castillo, Jennifer Liu, Reanne Solomon, David Chatsuthiphan, Seth Eason, and myself; tackled the trail during the full moon weekend in July 2011. It was the first time for most of the crew to go on a backpacking / authentic camping trip, so many of them were excited... especially to do such a difficult trail first.
